The soothing heat of the saunas relaxes the muscles, promotes circulation and strengthens the immune system. In the cosy relaxation areas, you can let go of all tension and thoughts and simply enjoy some “me time.”

Sweat it all out in our newly designed adults-only saunas & oasis of relaxation - forget everything that’s weighing you down and let pure relaxation and inner balance take over. At 80°C, the Finnish sauna offers intense heat for deep relaxation with a wonderful panoramic view, while the bio sauna at 65°C provides gentler heat and is easy on the circulation. The Swiss stone pine sauna at 80°C seduces with the scent of Swiss stone pine wood, and the infrared cabin at 55°C provides feel-good warmth that penetrates deep into the muscles.
The textile sauna, right next to the Kids Swim Paradise in the indoor pool, is heated to 70°C and can be activated at any time for 30 minutes at the touch of a button.

Breathe peace in, breathe everyday life out and just let go. At Central, you’ll find various oases of tranquility that will help you forget the stress and hectic pace of everyday life.
In the panoramic relaxation room you can enjoy the stunning view of the Griessenkar after a sauna or a swim and lose yourself in deep tranquillity. Or you can make yourself comfortable with a book or your favourite tunes on our sunbathing lawn, measuring some 5,000 m², with free sunbeds and parasols.
